Introduction and Purpose :
Oral bone defects due to various reasons such as Secondary physiological analysis of tooth loss, trauma, or infection of bone pathologies are one of the issues discussed was among surgeons. Accordingly, efforts to provide new therapies for bone damage is done. Some of these processes can be noted guided bone regeneration (GBR) . The aim of this research is to design and fabrication of nano-composite membranes in the regeneration of bone defects.
Materials and Methods :
In this study, the biodegradable polymer poly-glycerol Sbasat was synthesized and after characterization of this polymer , fabricated solutions with different percentages of Poly glycerol Sebasat, Polycaprolactone and nano Calcium phosphate , then electrospining conditions were optimal.
The use of tricalcium phosphate nanoparticles, increasing the amount of induced bone and mechanical resistance of the membrane was determined. The use of chitosan as a natural anti-bacterial polymers can accelerate the regeneration of soft tissue. Optical scanning electron microscope (SEM) images show that the fibers produced is the nanoscale and this improve bone cell adhesion.
